SpotAware provides account deletion inside both the iOS and Android apps.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the SpotAware app.
- Sign in.
- Open account or profile settings.
- Select the account-deletion option.
- Confirm deletion.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email info@spotaware.app with your privacy or account-deletion request. SpotAware may need enough information to identify the relevant account and address the request appropriately.
What Is Deleted
When you delete your SpotAware account, SpotAware permanently deletes your account and all associated data controlled by SpotAware. SpotAware also directs its service providers to delete associated data they process on SpotAware's behalf, where applicable. SpotAware does not retain that account data after deletion.
Records independently controlled by Apple, Google, app stores, subscription providers, payment providers, or other third parties may remain subject to those providers' own policies and legal obligations. SpotAware does not promise to delete records controlled independently by those providers.
